HOW IT WORKS

initial assessment

The starting block to your journey. We will review your health history, big training goals, nutrition and lifestyle habits along with any potential barriers to you achieving your successes. From there your plan is created.....

custom strength & conditioning program

Your custom program is delivered to you in our training app, along with movement instruction videos and your training notes. Mobility, strength, conditioning, cooldowns all programmed and delivered in 4-6 week blocks.

training analysis

Where the magic happens! Feedback is essential to improving athletic performance. Our coaches ensure you are provided with effective coaching and video feedback to make sure you get the most out of every repetition.

coaching check-ins

Every 4-6 weeks you meet with your coach to review progress and metrics from your previous cycle and what the next block of training will entail. Understanding the intent of your training and where you are in your journey helps keep the focus and energy aligned for long term success!
