Ingredients

2 lb extra lean ground turkey
200g frozen spinach - thawed and drained
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
½ cup bread crumbs (regular or gluten free)
2 tbsp pepperoncini peppers (optional)
Preparation
Step 1: In a large bowl, mix together turkey, spinach, feta, garlic powder, salt, pepper, optional peperoncini peppers and bread crumbs until well combined
Step 2: Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Form each portion into a spherical shape, then press down with a spatula to create a patty
Step 3: Air Fry the patties at 400º F for 6 minutes. Flip them and cook for another 6 minutes until golden and crispy, ensuring an internal temperature of 160º F. Allow the patties to rest until they reach an internal temperature at 165º F
If you are grilling, preheat the grill to 400º-450º F. Place the turkey burgers on the preheated grill and cook for 6 minutes. Flip and cook for another 6 minutes.
Step 4: Allow the turkey burgers to sit for 5 minutes before serving! Bon appetit!
